Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a self-led, collaborative process. Results vary based on individual participation, effort, and circumstances. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
Pricing, Deposits, and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full before access to digital products, group programs, or coaching services is granted, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered in writing.
If a deposit or payment plan is offered:
Deposits are non-refundable
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services without refund.
Refunds and Cancellations
All digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Coaching services and group programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. Missed coaching sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Client Responsibilities
By participating in services, you agree to:
Engage respectfully and honestly
Take responsibility for your personal decisions and actions
Use all services and content lawfully and appropriately
The Grounded Woman reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if client behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, downloads, programs, and website content are the intellectual property of The Grounded Woman and are protected under Canadian copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify any content without written permission.
Warranties
The Grounded Woman provides services and digital products on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Coaching services do not guarantee emotional, relational, financial, or lifestyle outcomes. Digital products are warranted only to function as described at the time of purchase, excluding issues caused by user error, third-party platforms, or technical incompatibilities.
